Shipment Responsibility

Slipora is not responsible for delays or issues once a package has left our warehouse and is in the possession of the courier.

Delivery & Signature Requirement

Please note that, due to recent safety measures, couriers may no longer require signatures upon delivery.

If a package is marked as delivered by the courier but cannot be retrieved at the shipping address, we do not claim responsibility for loss or theft. We recommend contacting the courier directly for assistance.

Processing & Shipping Time

Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Estimated delivery times are between 7–28 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

Shipping Destinations & Carriers

European Orders

Orders within Europe are shipped via DPD, PostNL, UPS, or other local carriers.

International Orders

International orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or equivalent international couriers.

Delivery may take 2–3 weeks due to customs clearance or transit delays.

We are not responsible for customs delays or additional customs fees.

Australia Orders

Australian orders may be shipped via STARTRACK, UPS, or local delivery partners.

Duties & Customs Fees

Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These fees are determined by your local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

For DDU (duties unpaid) shipments, import taxes and duties must be paid before delivery can be completed.

Wrong Address & Order Modification

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is accurate at checkout.

We process orders quickly, so address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been shipped.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Order Cancellation & Refunds

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Items returned because of incorrect shipping information or refusal to accept delivery may not qualify for refunds.
